What Page size should I use ?
This is a personel choice. We offer four templetes, but you can contact us with your own specifications and we will try to facilitate you. Standard page sizes:
  • 11.75 x 8.25 inches
  • 10 x 8 inches
  • 8.25 x 5.5 inches
  • 9 x 6 inches
 
How will you sell my Book ?
We will make your book available through traditional books shops, writer’s groups also via our own online shop, google books, e-book and amazon. We will also list your book with online book catolgues.
 
Can I have colour and black/white in the same book ?
YES, Digital printing is very versatile and allows for any combination of page layouts and colour schemes. We recommend that photographs are printed on high gloss white paper. Text can be printed on mechanical machine print in cream or white.
 
How long does it take to produce my book ?
If you supply us with a print ready file and cover layout we could supply finished books to you within 24 hours. If we have to type set, format text and desigh covers and then supply proofs for you to edit. This could take up to 4 weeks or longer depending on how much reworking needs to be done.
 
What is the purpose of an ISBN?
The purpose of the ISBN is to establish and identify one title or edition of a title from one specific publisher and is unique to that edition, allowing for more efficient marketing of products by booksellers, libraries, universities, wholesalers and distributors.
 
What do I need to know about Cover Design?
The cover of a book is like the window to a soul. It is the first impression a potential customer will have of you manuscript. Let our graphic designers help you make sure your cover does everything it can to catch the eye of your reader Manuscript Design

You, as the customer can decide to pick from one of our templetes which will reduce your cost or you can send us your manuscript in handwritten form and we will typeset, design and layout you document in chapter format using Quark Express or Indesign. We also accept manuscripts in Word, publisher, Apple Works and plain old handwriting.

 
Who own’s the rights to the manuscript ?
You as the author owns the rights to your manuscript. We will pay you a royality on any books we sell through our online store or through one of our third party sellers. In some cases we may decide to purchase the rights to a manuscript and in this case the author will receive a once off fee and we will retain all publishing rights and royalities.
